Pre-Construction

We work with our clients and really listen to facilitate their needs and desires for a safe and upgraded living environment, while also ensuring that we stay within their budget. All of our contractors and subcontractors are fully licensed, bonded and insured.

Construction

We work with trusted subcontractors throughout the entire building process to ensure that the finished product that we provide is of the highest quality at a fair price, and is completed in a timely manner. We are well known for having job sites that are meticulously prepped and cleaned daily. Every measure of safety is included in our construction and maintenance programs.

Post-Construction

We throughly inspect our jobs to ensure that everything we have installed or repaired is functioning to the manufacturers specifications and the municipal building codes. Our clients satisfaction is our highest priority.

We make invoicing and payment easy, and accept all forms of payment including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All charges will be processed in accordance with California State Construction Laws and Regulations.
